Data Mechanix is Available 24 Hours a Day, 365 Days a Year! *
We offer two types of critical response:
- In lab: With Priority service, a skilled engineer will immediately assess your critical need upon arrival. Within four hours, an engineer will have an assessment completed. With our emergency service, a team of engineers will work on your job continuously, 24 hours a day, until your data is recovered.
- Onsite: With Onsite service, an emergency response team will arrive at your location within 24 hours. This service is for those customers who for security or size constraints or prohibitive data size, cannot ship the product to our lab.
* A typical recovery priority is completed within 24 hours either onsite or in lab. Since engineering overtime is involved with every after-hours request, typically a 50% surcharge is assessed to each recovery, and a $250 service charge will be assessed for each after hour’s evaluation. Onsite service is considerably more expensive than lab service. Weekends and holidays are extra.
